So many things in life that I've missed,

People and places,

Time and love.

So many things I've never done.

So many things I've never had.

I wanted to be touched

I wanted to be loved

I wanted to be special

Someone forever

Someone for now

The feeling of comfort

The feeling of need

The void that is left

Collapsing inside of me

Pulling me away

Pushing you away

Separated from the world

Separated from myself

Nothing left for me

Nothing ever was for me

Everything that was mine

Everything that is for me

The void inside of me
